Captivated by Mekong Delta tour from Ho Chi Minh | 2 days 1 night

You will start your Mekong delta tour from Ho Chi Minh. At 8:30, our driver will come to pick you up and transfer to Cai Be river wharf by car (110km- 2.5 hours). On arrival, you are welcomed by our tour guide then lead you to Mekong riverside Lodge by a junk then instruct you check in your private bungalows here.
 
We enjoy a delicious set lunch in a local restaurant. After a short break at noon, at 3:00 pm, we start exploring the villages around Mekong Lodge with a private walking or bicycle tour. 

We continue the sampan trip, with a visit to local orchards where you have a chance to try some fresh specific fruit of the Mekong delta tour. At 18:30 pm, you join a "Vietnamese cooking class" conducted by our experienced chefs and learn how to make some traditional food. You will enjoy the dishes prepared by yourself.
 
Note: If you desire, you can get to the minor bar near the swimming pool, which is only open from 7:00 am to 12:00 am. Stay overnight at the Mekong Lodge (authentic, swimming pool, nice garden).

Wake up early at the Mekong riverside Lodge, enjoy your breakfast before you continue the cruise tour by sampan boat for the second day of the Mekong tour from Ho Chi Minh. The first destination of your visit today is Cai Be floating and ground market, another typical feature of tour Mekong delta. It is a great place for you to catch the beautiful moments of the locals with their products. Cat Be gives you a chance to see the traditional production of goods in Mekong Delta such as rice cake, coconut candy, caramel cake. You should taste some tasteful honey tea which only belongs to this local.
 
We come back and prepare to check out of the Mekong riverside Lodge at around 11:00 am. After having lunch in a local restaurant, we head back to Ho Chi Minh city and our driver will transfer you to your selected hotel at around 5:00 pm.
