Transportation from lao Cai train station to the hotel and back to lao Cai - 24 hours front desk & 24 hours security team at the hotel's entries .
Tour information and booking, providing private tours in Lao Cai and Lai Chau provinces.
Free internet service and Wi-Fi access in the lobby and restaurant area - Administrative assistance and flight/train reconfirmation and booking services - Express or regular Laundry service and free shoes cleaning service .

Pick-up service from Lao Cai station to Sapa.
HolidaySapa Hotel provides pick-up service from lao Cai station to Sapa and back to Lao Cai station. There are two options of pick-up service.
- Private car is available ( 37 USD / car . one way )
- A seat in a minivan ( 4 USD per person/one way )

All children are welcome.
Free! All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
One older child or adult is charged VND 342224 per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cribs in the room.
Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
