Day 1: Luang Prabang Embarkation (D)     
You will embark in the afternoon in one of the two German-Laotian owned river cruise ships: "Mekong Sun" or "Mekong Explorer". These are comfortable new cabin cruisers on the upper Mekong. (Check in is at 2:00 pm) Make yourself comfortable in your cozy cabin and unpack for an eight-day cruise.
Start with a walk, up to the Phou Si-hill, which offers a spectacular sunset view over the Mekong as well as the Khan River and the surrounding mountains.
Back on board, enjoy the spacious decks and lounge and attend our welcome reception and dinner this evening. A selection of Asian and continental food will be provided throughout the cruise.

We usually grant a 50% discount on the price of a trip for a child under 8, provided that he/she is accompanied by at least two adults at full price and that he or she stays in the same room. sharing the bed with his parents.

  • 80% of the total price of the trip, if the cancellation reaches Galatourist from 03 day to 06 days before the start of the trip.
  • 100% of the total price of the trip, if the cancellation reaches Galatourist less than 03 days before the start of the trip.
