Welcome on board and enjoy lunch while we cast off Mandalay. In early afternoon, we visit Mingun, the world’s largest, unfinished brick pagoda. It also has a 90-ton bell, said to be the largest, undamaged bell in the world. Enjoy welcome dinner with performance of Burmese traditional costumes by our staffs.

Anawrahta River Cruise offers a 5-day, 4-night cruise from Mandalay to Bagan. Cruises run all year round on scheduled dates.
Anawrahta River Cruise takes you along the Irrawaddy River from sunrise to sunset and can be boarded at the Gaw Wein Jetty. The cruise starts in Mandalay and head south via the destinations including Sagaing, Ava (Innwa), Yandabo and Bagan.
The elegant 65 m long Anawrahta is built to resemble a British colonial paddle steamer and features 3 spacious decks and 23 well-fitted cabins. Polished lacquer and intricate carved woodwork finish adds the touch of elegance.
The crew is at your disposal throughout your cruise while the chef prepares freshly cooked meals at on board restaurant. Guests can also enjoy the view of the river and drinks at the bar, participate in the yoga class in the morning or enjoy one of the various treatments in the Thanzin Spa.
