Buon Ma Thuot - Dak Lak
With 75,000 inhabitants, Buon Ma Thuot is the capital of Dak Lak province and home of the Rhade (or E De) peoples. Buon Ma Thuot is the most populated region in the highlands. In the past it was a center for game hunting and home to an important American military base. Today Buon Ma Thuot is famous for its trademark coffee plantations. Besides the Rhade, M'Nong and Bahnar ethnic groups also live here.

Enchanting beauty of Vung Tau
Vung Tau is a resort town in the province of Dong Nai 125 km from Saigon. The town is a long strip approximately 14 km long and 6 km wide. Where the southern tip of town meets the ocean stand two famous mountains Nui Lon (Truong Ky) and Nui Nho (Tao Phung) or Large mountain and Small mountain.
Con Dao island
The remote Con Dao group of islands is about 180km from Vung Tau, and has a local population of around 5,000. The main island, Con Son, was a much-feared former penal colony until 1975. Most of the archipelago is now a National Park with some good beaches, clear water with pristine coral, lush tropical forest with many flowers, coconut groves, and few visitors. Accommodation is limited, but a new air link is starting to generate interest in visiting this largely unspoilt area.
Phu Quoc - the island of "99 mountains"
Phu Quoc is called the island of "99 mountains" because of its many sandstone chains gradually descending from the north to the south. The longest one is Ham Ninh which stretches for 30 km along the eastern edge with its highest peak called Mt. Chua (603m).
